The Role

TaskForge is seeking a dedicated back-office operations staff to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience through chat, email, data processing, document management, inventory control, billing & invoicing and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier customer support by promptly and accurately responding to inquiries and resolving any issues, primarily through chat and email
  • Execute back-office tasks with a keen eye for detail and efficiency to fulfill customer requests and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate and work effectively with other team members to achieve the best results for all customer-related requests

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably an IT-related course
  • Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience in the BPO industry, handling an international account
  • Work background in using chat and/or email communication is highly preferred
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Canva is a huge plus
  • Must have excellent writing skills in English; good speaking skills in English
  • Tech savvy with strong interest in learning new technology applications
  • High attention to detail
  • Willing to work on night shift
